NAATI Translation Service

We provide translation of a wide range of documents for the purpose of Australian residency, visa and citizenship applications.

• Personal documents such as ID card, birth certificate, house registration, marriage registration, change of name certificate, single status certificate, divorce order, military document.
• Educational documents such as graduation certificate, transcripts, licences.
• Financial documents such as bank account, land title deed, strata title, commercial registration, mortgage agreement, vehicle registration, tax certificates.

Full translation includes all details stated in a source document. Our price for full translation starts from 900 Baht for a short document, and 1,500 Baht for a long document.

Extract translation can also be provided on request and provides only the important information (i.e. name, date of birth, transaction value) of a source document. For example, a set of 12 pay slips can be translated into a 1-page extract, by distilling the key information.

Translation is delivered by email within a few business days after receipt of payment. In most cases, a scanned translation can be uploaded to an IMMI account for online visa application. For a quotation, please email your document to nc.thai.translation@gmail.com.

We translate documents to support applications for various visas including: Partner Visa Subclass 820, 801, 309, 100; Skilled Worker Visa Subclass 189, 190; Temporary Work Visa Subclass 457; Student Visa Subclass 500; Child Visa Subclass 101; Prospective Marriage Visa Subclass 300 and Tourist Visa 676.

Please note that we are prohibited from giving advice on visa and migration issues as prescribed in Section 280 of the Migration Act 1958, which states, “a person who is not a registered migration agent must not give immigration assistance”.

Most government agencies in Australia require translation for any documents that are not in English. For example, a practitioner’s licence must be translated for submission to the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) for qualification assessment. The Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA) requires translation of a teacher’s employment letter to confirm teaching experience. We can help you.

*The above rates are indicative only and subject to change without notice. The rates exclude postage and other charges. *Any discrepancies must be communicated within 7 days upon receipt of the translation, otherwise it is considered that there are no discrepancies. *Once the client has confirmed/approved the Translation, we will issue a certified translation. Should the client request for amendment to the translation after this, the amendment can be made at additional charge equal to 50% of the first set. *Only one set of certified translation will be issued.
